‘Wisdom teeth’ typically begin to cause pain after the age of 17. In most cases, a patients jaw is too small to accommodate the extra teeth which cause the tooth to erupt at an angle which will then lead to complications such as severe pain, infection, tooth decay, damage to the jaw and the surrounding teeth.

During a consultation with us, we’ll determine if your wisdom teeth are growing correctly or not.  If you are feeling pain and discomfort on your upper and lower jaw then the likeliness is that you will need them removed. It is important that you discuss the wisdom tooth removal procedure, risks, possible complications and outcomes with the dentist.  We can also provide happy gas for a more comfortable and relaxed experience.
